An autonomous AI voice agent that turns any Android phone into a real cellular receptionist — no Twilio, no VoIP fees, no SIP trunks. It bridges a PC straight to an Android handset over ADB and real hardware audio channels, routes live call audio through Google Gemini for reasoning and Microsoft Edge neural TTS for sub-second, natural-sounding replies, and auto-answers or places outbound calls entirely on its own — with a glassmorphic desktop dashboard showing live waveforms, transcripts, and a searchable call CRM.

A full-stack operations platform for Mr. Proper's painter and contractor network — not just a customer-facing loyalty app, but a real backend management system underneath it. It runs a CRM for tracking contractor relationships, an ERP-style layer for coupon inventory, order processing and redemption tracking, and role-based dashboards so admins, distributors, and painters each see only what's relevant to them.

Probably the clearest example of how I like to automate: government tender paperwork is slow and repetitive, so this turns "enter the tender details once" into a full document pipeline — auto-generating the public tender notice, quotations, supply orders, and firm bills, each rendered onto a firm-specific letterhead with a print-precise A4 layout engine. An AI drafting layer (with automatic fallback across four providers) writes procurement-grade language in Hindi or English, and every edit is versioned.
